Palm oil is a plantation crop of high economic value and one the crops producing vegetable various other derivative products. processing factors that determine business productivity palm mill. The smoothness production process greatly influenced by reliability machines used. Ripple Mill machine meisn serves as seed breaker to separate shell from kernel. This study aims identify failures occur in engine. research uses Failure Mode Effect Analysis (FMEA) method, which find out observe whether failure rate can be analyzed or measured so minimize damage / failure. Based on results study, there are 5 risks engine with component has highest V-Belt, 294 RPN, while lowest Plate Pipe Risk Priority Number 60 RPN.
